Dermatologist fucks me every time

Today I went for a normal dermatologist appointment check up. I have been trying to get her to prescribe me tretinoin for about 4 months now. My skin has no acne right now but my skin texture is like a damn brownie with all the old scars from acne. She gives me every excuse in the book trying to get me on anything but what I ask for. She just pre scribed me Adapalene-Bnzyl Perox 0.3-2.5%.( does anyone have experience with this topical?) What do I do about this? IndiaMart or end it all?

I used Epiduo which is an adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gel and after few months I had perfect clear skin

Adapalene isn't even bad it's actually quite good, it's a 3rd generation retinoid basically a modification of tretinoin

tretinoin slightly mogs though, just order online

Yes, tretinoin is for more severe cases and it can cause very easily irritation. Also it is kinda outdated because Aklief is better and less irritating, but before trying it I would strongly recommend you to try Epiduo for 3 months. Personally I used to stack Epiduo with niacinamide and azelaic acid. Most importantly clean your face with a cleanser apply a good moisturizer (both morning and night) and +30 SPF sunscreen (I would recommend a broad spectrum one).
