Dermatologist in a Week, NEED TO EXAGGERATE for Accutane

Like I mentioned, my appointment is in a week. What should I do between now and then to make sure my acne is at its worst?
I’m currently using adapalene should I continue or pause it before the visit?

Also, do you have any advice on how to clearly explain my acne history and how much it’s affecting me?

alright, good shit man. the thing is that i didnt plan the microneedling thing it was just a coincidence cuz i thought it was gonna heal before the appointment but it worked in my favor. you can also do skin picking or other stuff to make it look worse temporarily you dont have to do microneedling specifically just make sure that youre skin looks "worse enough". The microneedling thing might be a bit overkill if you dont do it the right way for that purpose, it might be hard to time it perfectly also. if you wanna do it, only use it near to your spots and not on any spots just close to them where you have scars optimally, also dont microneedle ur whole face. But yeah the other methods for temporarily inflaming your skin might be more effective, i just realised that now.

yeah im happy it's sooner than later, does smearing shit on your face really make it that much worse, I feel like alot of my acne is hormonal.

brah derm wont give u shit with the little amount of acne u have they will give u a bunch of cope topical. My advice is to go online to the honeydew online derm that's how I got my isotret
