skin will be super dry esp lips so carry moisturizer, also don't drink alcohol while you're on it or the blood work you get in the middle of the treatment will flag your liver signs

After going through 6 months of Accutane and completing my full dosage I can tell you that by far the worst side effect is dryness of lips. The dry skin is relatively easy to manage with moisturizer, on the contrary traditional lip balm won't be enough for the lip dryness. I would suggest investing in a more powerful lip balm like cortibalm.

Other than that, I've heard of Accutane related depression being a thing but I didn't experience any of that so I wouldn't worry. Also don't expect instant results, it may take up to 3-4 months before it all goes away. But rest assured, once it goes away it's gone for good.

Im not expecting instant results but like will it get better and better ik i wont have clear skin quick but i dont mind a few pimples here and there

From my experience, it gets worse in the first month or so, then it remains relatively the same in the following months before being completely eradicated around the 4-5 month.
