This sounds retarded but I’ve heard completely mixed opinions on dermatologist so I need help.

i go to my dermatologist just to ask for shit and do laser/acid skin renewals
they dont know much about what theyre doing for the most part
always research first then see what professionals have to say

ghk cu would help for sure acutane isnt needed you dont have acne

anything else is a waste of money
if they wont give it to you, buy it yourself.

Basic cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and prescription strength retinoids (which can be bought online) will get you the results for a fraction of the price and time

ur skin barrier is obliterated.
FUCK DERMATOLOGISTS ALL OF THEM ARE JEWS!!!!!
get a strong skin barrier focused moisturiser (147 is great in my experience)
for the redness and texture use azelaic acid
always use a very strong sunscreen (aqua fresh by beauty of joseon is my fave)
you can low dose accutane if you want (20mg every other day) since you dont really have any acne. it would help with general skin management tho.
and a topical retinoid (tazarotene, tretinoin or adapelene) after youve healed your skin barrier entirely and have introduced azelaic acid and gotten entirely used to it.

I was thinking ghk-cu for collegan and acutane because it will also shrink my nose a tiny bit which would be nice (Its not really big, but it would still ascend me a bit) But I can also use topical tret for my nose. What retinoids would you recommend?

make sure u have basics, a cleanser with salicylic acid or if u have sensitive skin a gentle cleanser. a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. a spf 50 plus sunscreen. for the minor roughness use niacinamide and if the acne sticks even after all that get a 0.025 tretinoin (tretinoin cream not accutane a.k.a isotretinoin.

u dont need ghk-cu unless u can get it if u have wrinkly skin bad nails bad hair e.g. and also accutane is too strong unless u have proper serious consisten acne if u ever get a breakout of a pimple or 2 overnight use pimple patches please to get the gunk out nice and early

btw im planning to hop on GHKCU for my acne scars i got a question how long does it take for it to even clear up? and how much mg should i take should i consider just 1MG? daily
