So I was at the dermatologist (not blackpilled but still pretty good and they had a cosmetic surgery section too )

Spoiler: Why I went to the dermatologist

- My dry dandruff
- My slighlty receeding hairline

Spoiler: What I got prescribed

1. He recommended me some champuu
2. Isotretinoin ( 5mg / day)
3. Finasteride ( 0,114 mg each spray and I should apply 1 spray each day on the redecing hairline parts (im not balding bad but i just wanna prevent it ))

1. Doesnt Finasteride make me feminine?????? I saw a post were a trans m to f trans person used only finasteride to get a girly face but I guess at 0,3 mg finasteride per day nothing happens, right?????
2. He only said that Isotretinoin will make my skin very dry, are their any other bad side effects?

Finasteride (180 sprays with 0,114 mg finasteride per spray) = 52€
Isotretinoin 5mg and 30 tablets = 9€

isotretnoin at 5mg is the smallest microdose ive ever heard of. I dont even think you will get dry skin from it for atleast 2 months so dw about that. No other side effects should arise from that small of a dose, not even dried lips

Im not balding bad i just have a little only a little less hair on one side and it hasnt gotten worse the past 3 years if i see that it gets worse i will get oral but bro, i just paid fucking 50€ for that finasteride thing, im not gonna let it rott there only to get on oral finasteride

Isotretinoin will also make you very sensitive to the sun. So just vampiremaxx and use SPF 50 PA++++ whenever you go out. Apply two full fingers worth of sunscreen every 2 hours you're outside and the sun is out.

You don't have to worry about your face becoming feminized from finasteride lol. It doesn't work like that, DHT is a useless hormone for you anyways after 16-18.

thats strange then idk why ur dermatologist would prescribe isotretnoin. Isotretnoin is known to even somtimes cause itchy dry hair because of how little oil is produced
