Descended after 3 years off of LM

I learnt of LM in 2021, these patrick bateman edits and the sigma era (pathetic i know), so im a newgen and i know very little. I was just doing the basics like debloating skinmaxxing and Tmaxxing. I was a good looking kid, got compliments from time to time etc. I stopped in 2023 cs i got used to being mtn and thought id be good even if i stopped LM. 3 years, i cant help but feel nostalgic to these times where women acknowledged me. Now im js another descended ltn. I wanna start doing what i used to do, but i feel like it wont be enough, so if anyone can help out itd be greatly appreciated. I’ll attach below 2 pictures of me in 2023(14yrs old) and 2 pictures of me in 2026(17yrs old).

For example my gf, she used to have a crush on me back then. Now that i descended and settled with her, she admits i used to be way more attractive then. Second example, my old friends. I reunited with them a week ago and the first thing they said was “woah what happened to u”. Also i dont get approached by girls anymore which is annoying.
