Descending Eye area

When Im bloated i have No upper eyelid exposure
but when im outside my eyes loose all hooding and I have extreme upper eyelid exposure

When I wake up I almost have no uee but when I go outside for more then 3 hours all that hooding goes away and I look like an indian with extreme uee. How do i prevent my eye area from descending?

Everyone is bloated in the morning, like I guess just debloat with something in the morning? Idk weird question.
