Descesion from chad to bloated shining gay, what could cause that?

He add a lot of muscles but he's still lean, so what could cause bloatness? Also his skin is shining, maybe he used advice from org users (trenotin :feelsokman:)?

just bodyfat + fat pads change as you age.

they do increase in some areas and decrease in others.

the opposite also happens, sometimes your face gets leaner with age.
