If you just go of looks this dude from my old school who was extremly short and the biggest framecel I've seen.

His face was LTN, but his frame literally looked like it was some kind of disease at his height of 160cm or smth (have seen it in changing room of PE class)

If you include mentalceldom I doubt my friend who didn't leave his house in two years only once a year will ever get laid.

Most non-NT person I've ever met; he clearly wanted to be part of conversations, he would linger in the corner but would never say anything or say something that didn't make sense and get questioned or berated by everyone.
Girls said he was creepy and hated being around him.

This obese guy who I knew in high school. He was in some of my classes, and I hung out with him a few times because we both walked home.

He was strangely pale despite going outside. He was obese, facially ugly, and had short, thin blond hair. He basically looked like some fat Judge Holden looking dude. Sadly, he was well below average IQ. He didn't talk to many people and couldn't really keep up with them. He was okay but got kind of aggressive toward me and now works as a car refurbisher.
