Must say it’s a little funny how all of his ‘wow’ results (apart from that one guy, a relative of his?) are women. Most jaw surgery patients are women, I think(?), but still very lopsided

No , he lied to me telling me how I needed his implants and not jaw surgery. When every maxilofacial surgeon says I need jaw surgery.

He was honest with me. I wanted jaw wraparound and he told me "i can put you implants if thats what you really want, but my advice is that you need surgery".

I went to a local maxfac (tomorrow i have another consultation) and he agreed. He also knew Defrancq.

Depending on what he says tomorrow (price and realistic goals) i will get a bimax with some "addons"

To be fair, most surgeons seem to get better results on women than men. I think there was a thread on this topic not so long ago and no clear consensus was reached. I'm guessing that it has something to do with men needing genio more often than women to masculinise the jaw whereas basic surgery is enough to get good results with women.

True, but still have a consult with defrancq and see what he says, he has amazing before and afters on his laptop, I addition I heard he’s doing extra research on a topic that had never been discussed before regarding facial attractiveness

Put it this way, try fillers in the area you want to implant and you will see for yourself it won't look good. It will simulate what you would get out of an implant.

If you got money IMDO will give you the thickness in that area and its is growing your jaw exactly as it should be. With all the health benefits such as better breathing.

Raffaini is a racist shit thats why.

His team was good when i was on the phone ( i have an excellent british accent)

However as soon as i sent my pics in there email tone immediately became more hostile and blunt. They wanted to charge me more money. They became less helpful and wanted me to bring more unnecessary crap to the consult.

Basically telling me to get lost.


Its known he gives discounts to his own italian people and charges foreigners more.

Doesnt seem to be the kind of guy who wants to help ethnics/foreigners ascend

He is amazing for italian women, credit given where its due.

Whereas Ramieri is just a nice guy overall, his prices are great, his results are amazing and he does online consults. Also his team are excellent aswell.

Just to add I had an ethnic user also message me recently saying they got treated badly by Dr Raffaini's team only after showing their pics and they then wanted €500 euros for a consult.

He is white only.
