Desirable physique? What parts need work? Split?

I am 16 years old 6,5 and 190 pounds
Do I have a good frame?
As of right now I play sports every single day. I have practice every single day and I lift when I can.
Sometimes there will be a period of 3 to 4 days where I don’t lift at all. Or I will have like five days where I’m super consistent in the gym all the time.
I changed my split all the time right now. I mainly focused on shoulders in my arms. And I’ll hit chest and back only sometimes. for shoulders I just spam lateral raises and sometimes I’ll do overhead press what are some good exercises for shoulder? and then I will do tricep push downs, or military push-ups. and I will do hammer curls and regular curls and I do tricep push-ups till absolute failure. So pretty much two exercises four sets for each muscle group till absolute failure is as good or no.

So the parts that need work are your biceps, triceps, chest, traps, lats, spinal erectors, glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings, delts, forearms, adductors, abs, and serratus. Other than that good work!

So my sternocleidomastoid, splenius, Rhomboids, Teres major/minor, infraspinatus, and obliques are good?

U gotta a good base, ur lean tho ur abs aren't snowing u shld prob train them
Just do ppl progressively overload train to failure and eat
