[DESPERATE] Help Me Get Bloodwork

I need bloods, i ran so much shit without bloodwork at all, and I want to get one without parents finding out. Please read the script and suggest things i need to say/change/add/alter.

Before we begin, I want to confirm this consultation is confidential and that nothing discussed will be shared with my parents. I won’t go into detail until I have that assurance.





I’d like a full blood workup. I’m concerned about the effects of substances I’ve taken over the past six months.





Current / primary concern:





• Erdafitinib, 4mg daily, ~25 days


• Proviron (mesterolone), 25mg daily, ~1–2 weeks





Prior use:





• LGD-4033 (a SARM)


• Enclomiphene, used as PCT, for under a month


• Anastrozole (aromatase inhibitor), 1–2 weeks — discontinued along with the enclomiphene due to feeling unwell and concern about premature growth plate closure



Stimulants for study (non-prescribed, used occasionally):





• Modafinil, 200mg, a few occasions


• Concerta, 36mg, once


• Dexamphetamine, a few occasions


• Vyvanse, once





For full transparency:





• Cannabis (flower and edibles)


• Alcohol, rarely


• Topical tretinoin


• Topical tazarotene




lowk added random shit in there that doesn’t matter please help me, anyone else who’s got bloodwork what do they usually ask? I know i’m missing doses, i’ll add em when i look at the packages when im back home
