(DESPERATE) I need HELP

Posting for the 2nd time because i urgently need to fix this:​

for the last 28 hours ive been relentlessly trying to fix my computers sound systems, nothing I do has worked. ive gone into the command prompt, sound settings, psu drained, gotten a 3.5mm headphone jack to usb converter incase my audio chip has fried. ive sent pictures to an ai (i dont condone using it but wtv), any possible fix i could think of/searched up/ai told me. Doesnt work, I need help.

Have you tried going into Command Prompt, checking sound settings, draining the PSU, using a 3.5mm headphone jack to USB converter in case the audio chip is fried, sending pictures to AI for troubleshooting, or running through every fix you could think of?
