Despersonalization is peaceful, scary and disorientating

Its peaceful because I dont have much toughts, its disorientating because you dont know who you are and your place in the world youre grasping your old self but cant remember the emotions very well, Its scary because I cant remember who I was very well and I get afraid in certain situations, I get pannick attacks thinking Im dying because sometimes I feel so out of touch with reality

I dont remember any significant trauma, i lived in a hostile environment as a kid, but nothing that bad ever happend to me. Im self aware 99% of the time, never increases. Not sure why im so cooked mentally, my theories are brain damage from getting hit by a slay as a toddler or its cuz of an operation done on me when i was really young, but yeah my weird ways of thinking date all the way back to when i first started thinking in kindergarten
