Easiest way:

Cut the carbs. Cut the snacks. Cut the processed food. Potassium - Sodium 4:1 ratio. Stay hydrated. And even if it's retarded just bonesmash but don't hit yourself like a baby but you need stronger to hit. And don't forget that bonesmashing alone won't help a lot. What's the point of doing it if you don't follow the other step?
