Lol no wonder u have low t, you don't eat anything and the stuff u do eat is all vegetablesYou got it right, every 15 days or a month I went on water fasting and not just that, I ran for 5 kms and was doing intense yoga on a water fast, I went from 92 kilos to 66 kilos.
