Developed shooting, then dull TMJ pain above my ears on my skull this morning. Thought I was having a stroke.

I thought I was having a stroke, but according to Google it was likely TMJ pain. I sweated profusely then calmed down after that, because I was scared of getting a stroke.

I remembered I grind my teeth at night, wear a mouth guard, and my posture isn't the best.
