deviated nasal septum

I have a deviated nasal septum and it caused me a recessed maxilla till now because I can't breath by nose, I'm gonna get surgery (like rhinoplasty) and fix that, will also begin hgh at the same time.

For context I've been leaning all this year with a fat morphology, so I'm proud but still to much bf
For the rest I'm going on Accutane in September and also will start R3 in a month or 2.
Will document all the evolution and here is some pic of my evolution till now thx for reading

what do I tell to the doctor ? and rhinoplasty will fix it I think
