Deviated septum and braces

Will getting surgery for both of these things increase my objective psl in anyway?

• Is the deviated septum causing my crooked nose, and will it make it straighter
• will the braces expand my palate and fix anything in my jaw area?

A deviated septum is not causing a crooked nose, from personal experience i got septoplasty surgery and it didn't change my crooked nose but did make me breathe better, what you need is rhino tilt surgery
