How do I fix a deviated septum? I’ve heard nose jobs are free if you have one. How do you fix it without surgery?

it will only cover the anesthesia... rhino is a separate procedure not covered as it is a cosmetic procedure

I checked a lot of places apparently best choice is to use makeup in that area and apparently it works
