i have a deviated septum and it's making my nose so crooked and pointing to the right, should i do surgery or is there another way to fix it

Surgery is the only way at truly fixing it mate. Most countries offer it for free if its deemed medically necessary which is most cases (I could be wrong though). Discuss with your GP to be referred to a ENT specialist or else speak with a plastic surgeon.

It would also be worth getting scans done to ensure its not a bone issue / deviation - would require reconstruction like my case. Also; finding out your jaw positions would be beneficial as you may have a narrow pallet or upper jaw contributing to narrow nasal airways. Getting any nose surgery first is pointless if you need jaw surgery - changes to the upper jaw will change nose projection.

If you are not concerned about your jaws or if they are fine just speak with an ENT :)
