I found an old article where it talks about Bow, #an innovative device designed to naturally guide your jaw forward. The BOW helps promote better alignment and address malocclusion without the need for medical intervention".
This is product link: https://forwardontics.com/products/bow?variant=44243538837813

Has anyone used it before? Are there any testimonies?

yes, lots of orthos started using this type of "bows" but they mostly use reverse headgear pullers, they combine it with MARPE so suture is broken, or SARPE if suture couldnt be broken mechanically.
This bow alone would just move your teeth, instead of your actual maxilla, and you would need very strong elastics too, atleast 1kg force.
I've done my own diy reverse pulling headgear, very similar to the one on the website, without using your chin as support.
Been using it just for 2 weeks so no effects yet, im 15 so i attach it to my normal palate expander with couple headgear tubes.

if you are like above 16 i would recommend you getting MARPE or SARPE and combine it with atleast 1 year of use of this "bow", and you will see really good results.
You could make your own diy bow, but not mine because im gatekeeping

I don't think that in Italy they even know what MARPE and SARPE are unfortunately

Sorry, I misunderstood. In practice, I have to ask for a palate expander.
not a normal one, but the one that gets attached to the bone in your palate through 4 screws, maxilla rapid expansion or something like that, its called mse/marpe
