What about 411 nano grams of igf-1 per millilitre? Is this high? For some reason my gh is low af 0.66 but igf-1 significantly higher

For more cell proliferarion no, but increasing igf1 isn’t really going to make you taller if you don’t have low levels at later stages of development, it’s more epigenetic. You have normal igf1 for a teen who is still developing, for an adult it would be considered in the higher end . You may have low gh because of higher insulin, insulin increases igf1 through gh, insulin is a growth hormone antagonist and vice versa

Nope, my insulin is actually really low. My bone age is one year younger than my passport age so idk if I should start injecting gh or no since it’s so low
