dht and dut

so ik this a stupid question but I need answers. boutta start a test cycle and wanna topically apply dht cream or gel on my dih but fuck I cant lose my hair so I got dutasteride and RU58841. Im assuming cream or gel wont do anything tho while im on dut and if I could run it with RU58841. can anyone give me their thoughts on whether I can use any of those together
