DHT Blocker Essential on TRT?

I want to hop on 200-250mg weekly,
My question is, should i Take smth Like Finasterid from the start? Im 20 and my hairline is Not receeded but i want to protect it.
Should i Just Take Test and have a Look if anything Changes and then Take a DHT Blocker or should i Just instantly start with it.

You should be taking it even if your not on trt.
