you're right when I jut my jaw forward the skin becomes less saggy and not as bloated. What surgery would fix it 100%? I can probably get my insurance to cover bimax etc

You wont get the insurance to pay for that. Atleast here where I life. Also I think its better to go to a surgeon and tell him exactly what you want instead of letting the government decide. You want aesthatic results no? he got maxillary advanchement and clockwise rotation. Make sure you get a lot of clockwise rotation. The bimax should be idealy a high lefort 1 cut to advanche the cheekline too
