Can DHT which gets turned into free test via reductase and then the test gets turned into estrogen?

I’ve been using pumpkin seed oil to balance out the zinc, boron, test support, etc (a whole heavy cycle) just so the test stays as free test but now I’m confused.

Should I drop the pumpkin seed oil or no.

DHT doesn’t convert back into test — it’s a one-way conversion via 5α-reductase. Once test becomes DHT, it stays DHT and doesn’t aromatize into estrogen. If you’re taking pumpkin seed oil hoping to “balance” it, you’re probably just lowering DHT since it mildly inhibits 5α-reductase. If your goal is max free test and DHT, dropping the pumpkin seed oil makes more sense.

Okay, nobody needs you to recite ChatGPT, go back to TikTok, cheers.

OP, I don't understand what your end goal is, do you want to inhibit E2, DHT, raise free testosterone, what?

You're not giving good info you retard, you're plugging in the questions people ask into ChatGPT which will respond favourably to their bias and potentially just give straight-up incorrect information.
Tard :lul:

Isn’t dht really important so many try to lower it but it’s literally what flares cheekbones and jaw if genetically possible right??

Yes, DHT really helps develop jawlines and cheekbones if your genetics allow it ,that’s why lowering it can feel like a trade off.

Any tips pls to raise it at 15 it’s so underrated ppl think it only makes you bald but im pretty sure it doesn’t do that unless you have low igf1 (not sure tho)

At 15, your hormones are still naturally rising, so your DHT is already doing its thing. Biggest boosts come from overall health, proper sleep, balanced diet, exercise, and keeping stress low. Genetics play the main role in things like hair loss, not just DHT.

Yeah seriously thank u bro im pretty sure this will go well bcuz my mother worked out while I was in the womb which would heighten androgen density and possibly sensitivity

I’m just trying to balance it out cuz I’m already raising my free test and possibly lowering e2 with the supplements but I’m worried some of the test will get converted to dht and dht can stunt growth due to faster aging
