Would directly applying dht or test gel on my face and or penis have any localised effect? Can this increase androgens directly in the bones underneath the skin where it is topically applied?

I was going to and I still might it’s just I need a heavy stim cycle for my exams. Though I did find a cost effective provider in India so it may still be possible to do both.
