i’d argue intranasal insulin is easily an s tier nootropic. when you snort it, it skips the bloodstream and goes straight to your brain through the trigeminal and olfactory nerves. once it's up there, it binds directly to receptors packed into your prefrontal cortex and hippocampus; which are exactly the regions that handle memory and focus. it boosts NMDA receptor activity, the same system your brain uses to encode longterm memories. also lowers norepinephrine reuptake, so focus gets sharper. and it raises acetylcholine, the main neurotransmitter for encoding.

there was a human study recently, went like eight or nine weeks i think? the insulin group more than doubled their word recall compared to placebo, without impacting blood sugar at all. you don't see numbers like that with really anything else. the fact that intranasal insulin has so much human data behind it makes it a clear good option in my opinon; i’d say solid s-tier.

nah it's not otc nose spray; it's reconstituted insulin (usually humulin R) diluted for intranasal use. you're thinking of flonase or some shit. this is a research chemical.

oooo ok

do your own research before attempting something like doing that and if you've never heard of it just don't do it
