2 years back I was diagnosed with Aspergers.

Which honnestly didnt surprise me too much as I knew I was ND since a kid; my parents did aswell.

But I didnt think it would be aspergers.

Part of the test is also to determine if you are functional or not; which for that that tested my EQ and IQ.

As expected my EQ was below average at 45.

But my IQ was tested at 146.

It makes sense to me why certain things seem easy to me and others not.

Socialising I have to put a mask on and I had to do a lot of work to seem NT aswell as high Inhib. I can fake it know and seens real to everyone; but to me I still vert much despise talking and meeting new people.

I have a really hard time with clubs; because of the stimulus, noise and the number of people around and close to me.

A couple times I actually had Panic attacks at parties.

I was wondering If anyone here has similar experiences to me.

And how you were able to enjoy socialising and others progressively; if ever possible.

I know one of my great grandparents had it

Sounds like it simply would be better for you to not do those things that overstimulate you or trouble you socially

Yeah I really avoid it just once in a while ky freinds push me to go but I told them how I am. And they think its a mental thing which I hate

Sounds like bad friends mate. Even if it truly is a mental thing that doesn't make it an easier thing to deal with, if not harder. Im not speaking from experience so I don't think my advice on "just find better/real friends" applies if finding really friends is a hard process for you.

But If you can find people that can accommodate for you while you also enjoy their presence Id just go hang out with them full time in a less stimulating environment

same for the most part. exercise and gradual exposure has worked the best for my anxiety as long as trying to care less in about things general. hope you get better someday brother.
