Diamond face shape and dumbo ears

I've been noticing that almost every guy with diamond face shape has dumbo ears

I mean, not necessarily dumbo tier but ears that stick out a little

Thats my case, my ears stick out, nobody have ever called me dumbo or something but it does stick out and my face is diamond shaped
