My healthy high protein low calorie high fiber diet of green apples, protein, yogurts and energy drinks led me to develop a severe diarrhea but somehow I look so fucking good rn.
Probably cause of debloating yeah but u don't get it it wasnt like a usual deblot more like super mega 2x debloat.
It might be useful, cause urslef a severe diarrhea before some event or a date idk
