It's hard to say precisely the results you will get from this but I gained 2 inches in length and .5 inches in girth after one full year.

II.) GIRTH:

A.) CLAMPING:

1.) get to your erect state then clamp the base of the penis and pump in as much blood as you can. Start off with just 5 minutes a day and build up over time but never go over 15 minutes. Eventually do 3 sets a day. If need be you can place 2 clamps on the base for even more blood pumped into the shaft.
2.) For direct head gains you can place a clamp right below the head.

Results after doing this was 0.5 inches of girth added in 6 months.

B.) Horse 440's

After 6 months of clamping and the 1 year of hanging, I added in Horse 440's.

Nah I never got any results from manual stretching or jeqling for six months.

Once I started hanging and progressing to 15 lbs for an hour daily at the tip of the head and changing the positions then I made massive quick gains. That other shit does nothing

Yet everyone claiming more than 1-1.5 inches has never provided proof.
Big girtha literally showed proof in his mega posting and that's why I started to use his material then added some of my own with the horse 440's.

Yes 2 inches of length and 2 inches of girth is very possible. The norm is around 1-1.5 inches after about a year. For me the hanging started to take too long after a year so I cemented my gains.

Yes after 1-2 years of daily use. Not many members in here will have the dedication to follow through.

Not sure as I've never used them. I had success with the weighted device so I recommend that. However, you can't walk around with this on your dick so that's the downside.

I never got any results from manual stretches.

My best results were in the first 2 months, where I gained 3/4 of an inch, and I was hanging for up to 3-4 hours daily at under 10 lbs. Then that just wasn't feasible anymore, and I had to change my methodology.

I think a longer time under tension with a moderate weight seems to be the best option.

I went back onto thunderspace and seen several poplar members who were claiming they gained 4+ inches of girth, but it was due to hanging all day long basically at moderate weights.

For some reason I found only hanging works for me and hanging for many hours at various angles while very slowly increasing the weight works best over time.

Does he have before and after results and length of time and daily amount of training required for said results? It's interesting as my size increased but I couldn't maintain an erection as it would go away almost as soon as I stopped having sex/stroking. It's like I needed a clamp to maintain my erections. This would be amazing to actually have the ability to maintain the erection without needing constant stroking.

I'm 1 month into PE just hanging for now with Male hanger, 0.5cm gains in length. I'm now at 18 x 13cm, might add clamping a couple months in, but I kind of want to hit 20cm/8 inches first and then lock in on girth to hit 15cm/6 inches
