Most of the before-and-after photos show the results of filler injections when the penis is flaccid. I saw only two interesting cases. In one case, the result is simply insane, but I'm worried if there were any problems with the dysfunction.

Fillers do not seem to give a serious Effect. In addition, fillers are temporary. Another thing is implants. But questions arise on the topic of whether there will be problems for penis and its work.
