I streched mainly. And Increased T through working out, which grew my penis from 17 to 18. (18 rn) I'd say it's 50-50 of each. Target is 7.5*6 nbp inshallah.

Basically a stretching guide with extra steps


This is closer to what we call "jelqing"

I have mainly used the length guide. I recommend you to add length before girth since streching after adding girth is harder. You'll gain some girth from the length guide, and vice versa,

I'm only speaking from my personal experience and I wasn't that committed. You should be able to get to that point by 20 if you follow the guide seriously, and increase T as well.

I wasn't consistent either. My length fluctuates some .inches with stretching but it did grow. I've heard people who've grown marginally through stretching and who have barely any results. It varies by person tbh.

Started in late Febuary. Only with manuels(stretching + jelqing) and occasional bathmate. I used a lot of force while stretching as well, because my tendons weren’t getting sore.

I also think my gh levels are high as fuck because it’s more than an inch of growth in less than a year. I’m a latepubertycell so it can be my natural growth as well. I’m just doing weekly pumping now, don’t really have time to do stretching.
