There are literally no threads about this so decided to make a thread about this cause I feel it's totally underrated.
This forum has already talked to death about the other various erection maxxing treatments like supplement stacks (zinc, magnesium etc.), weight loss, cardiovascular health, alcohol and smoking, using vacuum pumps. This is something brand fucking new i've been trying and have been having some decent results.
INTRODUCTION:

WHAT TO ACTUALLY GET IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR ERECTIONS:
Well the main thing you got to do is research in your city for shockwave therapy for ED specifically. Then you also need to ask what SHOCKWAVE DEVICE they use. If they tell you its some radial device and not a focused device don't go.
The specific device I got when I got the shockwave therapy was the Storz Medical Duolith SD-1. This device is a FDA approved focused shockwave device.
The Medispec is another really good device i've heard of.
PROTOCOL:
The area i've highlighted is roughly the area that will be shockwaved. The person will apply an ultrasound gel then start the shockwaves all around the shaft, the perineum and the sides called the crus of the penis. You should for around 3000-5000 shocks. The first time you get it will be kinda awkward and uncomfortable but you'll get used to it.
The therapist who done the treatment also suggested that I should also incorporate penis pumping into this treatment protocol which I was already doing anyways.
TL;DR GO SEE A LICENSED SPECIALIST TO GET THIS DONE. FOR A YOUNG GUY IN THEIR 20's I WOULD GET LIKE 2-3 SHOCKWAVE TREATMENTS + VACUUM PUMPING EVERY OTHER DAY IN A SEPARATE PROTOCOL.
RESULTS / COSTS:
I've definitely seen a harder erection, i'm also getting more spontaneous erections during the day. I definitely believe in the science. Obviously this is an extremely new thing, it's not like Viagra which has been out for decades and has so many studies behind it. If you do a quick search on research papers you will see that this is a real thing.
In research papers if you know what the IIEF score is basically around 50-75% of patients see a good improvement after treatment. This will give a bigger improvement for guys who have vasculogenic ED + are in their 20's. Most of the studies have been on guys who are in their 50s etc after their body has broken down after living a crappy lifestyle.
For costs each session can cost around $250-$350. It is expensive so I wouldn't do this unless you are rich or desperate.
For me im rich and i was only looking for an improvement.
