How much could you even gain by using this? Did anyone have positive results and increase their dick size by "Dickmaxxing"?

In puberty specific, has to be hormone related stuff. You probably have to read a shit ton about that including about tanner stage development and hormonal profiles.

otherwise, pe + pump + extender. Im also thinking gains from this during puberty must be faster as well as more robust
