I don’t exercise much but I heard it can reduce shrinking height, especially with age. You can lose as much as an inch or even two by your mid 40s so we should probably get to it.

im not too worried about height. Plus by 40 i should already have a family. There are countless other reasons to exercise, though.

yes. I dream of being able to study in an east asian or western univeristy, but that's probably not possible for me. So i'll end up studying here in my home country.

Well doesn’t hurt to apply anyway, Japanese universities I’ve heard have excellent foreign student departments and are pretty highly rated. Chinese if you’re on a budget. I made a mistake and didn’t apply to better universities even though I probably could have gotten into better ones. I was accepted by every one I applied to and I realized I probably should have aimed higher. Well good luck man.

Thanks. The problem is with my school grades. I never attended any classes and my grades are sub-par, so i cant see any foreign university accepting me. Although im confident i could ace any entry exam if i wanted to.

Yeah I skipped a lot of classes my last two years of school, and I crammed all my exams so that hurt my grades as well. Just know that it’s never too late. In fact if you can find the motivation, if you start right now by setting aside two hours, six days a week you would probably be surprised at what you can achieve. Very few people are actually so dumb that they can’t get good grades. 90% of people it’s about effort.
