Now for Indians, according to the study mentioned above, the average penis size NBPEL was ~5.1 inches. IIRC, for this study a doctor (male) was present in the room when the measurements were taken. One can imagine that these men were not at full-erection given the circumstances lol (the study does say that those who failed to achieve an erection or had significant problems in achieving one during measurement time were excluded, but for those that were included it's still reasonable to suppose that they weren't at their fullest erection point given the circumstances described above). So, that said, I'd suspect that even for Indians the average penis size would be closer to (if not at) 5.5 NBPEL, not closer to 5 NBPEL (as the study reported). For the average white though given the research I've done it seems to me the average NBPEL is close to (if not at) 6 NBPEL. I know that study you are referring to. It was actually done right after WW2 and the men that participated in it just had to write down their penis size. There was no third party to confirm the size so you basically had a free reign to write whatever number you wanted to write down. They just accepted it anyways.
