Dude I tried my own advice of screaming for 3 minutes and my voice gets measurably deeper and fuller. It's a night and day difference. Your voice sounds somewhat similar to my own voice (yours is higher though), it sounds very repressed, not relaxed. You can relieve the tension by screaming into a pillow for example.
