i was on 70mg of accutane for 6 months. Besides being really dry I did not notice any side effects. My whole face would become dry but what i did was everynight i would go to sleep with my face covered in aquaphor

I remember for a few weeks it made my lips peel constantly. Only thing that kind of helped was hydrocortisone lip balm
