Did any of you ever have good results with Ashwagandha?

The first time I tried it I was insanely horny for about 2 weeks. Felt like I was 12 again.
Every time I tried since: nothing.

your mind is capable of a lot, people given placebo pills in studies almost always have increases. Ashwagandha can have minimal effects but i'd argue its a placebo pill

gave me anxiety, heart palpitations, insomnia, bad quality sleep after just 2 week usage, dont take a toxic extract of a plant, not even small or normal doses, dont poison urself, not even slightly. i made the mistake

I took it to stop anxiety so idk why it'd make me horny then even if it's a placebo?
I could feel my balls burn. And it hasn't done anything since.
