In the study they did they got results, but I’m kinda concerned it could give u tmj or smth. Is there any alternative to raise ur hyoid bone?
 
If your not already lean then theres no point in even trying to "raise your hyoid." People refer to that whole area as the hyoid, when in reality alot of the mass there is just submental tissue and subcutaneous fat.

"sub 17%" Yeah its probably just fat, when people "raise their hyoid," the actual bone doesnt go up at all, in most people it sits high enough. Get to 12% bf, a real 12%, not what people on tiktok call 12% which is really 15%. If your still having issues with your "hyoid" then use a fat dissolver.
