I took one for hair transplant.

They consider your wage, your other credits, your mortgage, your family situation, your monthly spendings, inflation, the lenght of your employment, and what kind of job it is, if you have any collaterals (easiest to get a credit), etc.

I wanted to get another small credit for a nosejob, but these fucks rejected me, because "muh your mortgage is now too high, plz return in 6 months to reconsider"...

I’ve talked to so many botched bimax patients both here and on Reddit. Surprisingly common. I would say getting botched is more common than a crazy ascension

You‘re not even 20? Yeah just wageslave and pay it in cash. Most surgeries apart from leg lengthening are quite affordable anyway. However, I would advise you to get the surgeries while you‘re still in university. It is kinda weird to come back to your work with another face.
Also, really think about surgery and if it will be worth it. Most surgery results I have seen before are dog shit and not worth the money. An ugly face cannot be fixed with surgery unfortunately.

Alright. Yeah for now I put studying on hold because I‘m pursuing a job and try to better my physical health.
I‘ll also get a insurance paid surgery to correct my assimetrical nose and airways.
Guess I‘ll just have to miss out on teen love and this partying but who cares if I can ascend when I‘m 20.

A top surgeon (one of the Italian ones) botched a guy here but he deleted the photos. It can happen. Do you have an overbite?

No I have normal occlusion, just insanely narrow palate 31 IMW, and I snore at night. All signs of expansion and advancement are needed. Which Italian one?
I think Sailer and Pagnoni are best.
