Did anybody’s lips get wider after 16 ?

Did anybody lips get wider as they aged past 16 not thickness just width if not is the surgery for lip widening a good option ?

they did at 15 my face got alot leaner then

Keep mewing, once your palate expands more your lips should follow suit and get wide. If your palate is super narrow you can get a palatal expander.
