Did anyone actually learn anything useful in school?

Admittedly I use literacy skills in my job that I learned in school, and basic 3rd grader maths in everyday life . I'm glad I learned that from school

But everything else? What the actual fuck I never used any of that shit, what a waste of the first 16 years of my life

I was so on the right track of picking 1 skill and self teaching through online courses + actually doing it

Now I'm top 1% in my industry

School wasn’t made to teach, it was made to condition.

Truth is, school subjects are only useful if you get into certain areas that involve them (examples:biology, algebra and the more complex maths) otherwise they are not that useful in everyday life, sure knowing history and geography is a good thing for being educated and smart, but it isnt really gonna impact your job opportunities, and the jobs that involve them are less paid and less common than the ones that involve biology or maths, and dont get me started on the other subjects, i dont know how they are on the us, but where i live we get taught religion class (basically just preaching catholicism) and ethics class (wich consists of bluepilled bs), only interesting and maybe useful non ordinary class we get is philosophy, but most students dont care abt that, and if you do a trade skill basically nothing after middle school is gonna be useful for u.

The actual most useful thing you get in school is learning how to socialize and be a nt normie, wich if you are on this forum, you probably arent.

Also the education system itself is very flawed and retarded, basically just tests for memorization.
