Everyone says that post - puberty ascension is limited, but I've noticed some big changes in around 5 months from late 19-20.
I was on only 250mg pw test e
Bonesmashed to cope
Accidentally did the sugar milk diet
(smoked weed and ate shit tons of biscuits and other slop, and im broke at uni so drank 1-2L of milk ed to make me more full)
Excercised less, went outside less
Zygos grew, mandible grew, infras seem to be better, maxilla seems very slightly more forward grown.
Maybe reaching but has anyone else continued to ascend at these ages quite significantly.
