Did anyone else cope thinking that they would look better when they turned 18?

I did this bad from 15-18, I always thought that I had plenty of time to change my appearance, that I would grow into my looks. Those years went by in a flash and I'm still here coping as hard as ever, "b-but everyone knows guys peak in their 20s and 30s r-right b-broooooo?"
