Personally I'm more worried about the long terms effects of them, but I'm still curious about it

i dont like that they migrate and that you can never fully dissolve them. a lot of older people whove been getting fillers for a while look like shit

Fillers and soft tissue augmentations in general should be the last option after osteotomies and implants.

Depending on the injection site they could clog up glands like the meibomian gland in the upper eyelid.

On the other hand they'd just migrate after 2-3 months in the mandible and zygos, there is literally no reason to do them.

Fillers are normie surgery cope and if blackpilled you shouldn't consider them. They aren't risk-free at all even with experienced aestheticians.

To your original question @Blackgymmax got a ton of them and he'll look like a balloon within the next months.

Aren't chin fillers the safest option then?

The problem with chin fillers is that you can only add projection and 1-3mm of chin height at best.

But yes, if you were to get fillers only stick to chin fillers. The benefit to that injection site is that the fillers won't migrate that much.

Keep in mind to dissolve them after 3-5 months with hyaluronidase to be safe.

I'm not really recessed but I do lack projection and angularity specially in the lower third so I might consider it

Can you get them dissolved at the same place you got them?

Yes, most if not all aestheticians are required to offer hyaluronidase injections either way if any problems occur during the filler injection.

I got jaw filler to simulate what implants could look like, I like it. Makes me feel more confident abt getting the implants.

Mine hasn’t migrated at all. It’s been 4 months, not saying it will never migrate but it’s not a guarantee

Did you get it on gonions mainly? What amount?

Also is there such a thing as making sure your injector "injects on the bone"? Like did you specifically tell them to avoid injecting superficially (I feel like they inject a small volume superficially for the sharp look in all the videos I see)

Yes. 2ml each side. And yes they injected on the bone itself
