I mean you technichally could nothing is preventing you from BSing infras but

the main reason you shouldnt is because you literally have all the nerves around there, fucking them up is very bad and dangerous (water)

I mean search it up, it literally "Carries feeling from the lower eyelid, side of the nose, upper lip, and upper cheek"

basically, yes there could be swelling and make it look "more full", but its too risky and not a good roi.
